COVID-19 Updates from Happy Spine
We are open and here for you under level 1 restrictions
At Happy Spine, we want patients to know that we’re taking Coronavirus seriously, and as we resume caring for patients again, we hope you understand that every precaution for your health and safety is being considered.
As we move to alert level 1, we’d like to keep our patients informed on the following.
Please note, our practice is still working toward getting used to our “new normal”, and we appreciate your patience.
New Safety Protocols
Keeping you and our team members safe and healthy is the number one priority. To ensure that happens, we’re rolling out the following measures for the foreseeable future:
- If you have been in contact with anyone who has been tested positive for Covid-19 or if you have any symptoms such as a cough, high temperature or shortness of breath please call Healthline for advice. Then call us to reschedule, do not come in until you have been cleared and are healthy.
- Everyone is to use the hand sanitiser before entering. We will provide this for you.
- If it’s your first visit back since lockdown please come in 5 minutes prior to your appointment time so you can fill in a quick screening and symptom questionnaire. If you are earlier than 5 minutes, please wait in your car.
- We have spread out our appointment book so that minimal overlap occurs in the building.
- All surfaces and tables will be cleaned between individuals.
- The Happy Spine team will be frequently washing their hands/sanitising.
- You are welcome to bring a mask if you would like to wear one.
- Where possible please pay online BNZ 02-0874-0018527-000 and use your name as reference.
- In the rare event that you need to use EFTPOS, we have moved the EFTPOS machine onto a separate table to ensure distancing.
- Cash payments will be accepted, and the full amount credited to your account (i.e. We will not be giving out change at this stage.)
- Please leave non-essential belongings in your car like jackets and handbags.
- Please BYO water for after your adjustment and leave it in your car.
- If possible, please avoid using our shared bathroom.
- Call us if you have any queries or would like anything clarified.
